Vieilli pendant dix-huit mois en fûts de chêne blanc américain, Don Julio Añejo Tequila est un témoignage de l'art de faire une tequila vieillie au goût supérieur. Riche, distinctif et merveilleusement complexe, sa saveur atteint l'équilibre parfait entre l'agave, le bois et des notes de vanille.
Une tequila d’exception, fruitée et complexe, 100% agave bleu produite en quantité limitée et numérotée à la main. Reserva de la familia Platino est une tequila « unaged », c’est à dire non vieillie. Elle est le résultat d’un équilibre parfait entre douceur et épice grâce à la méthode de production ancestrale de la famille Cuervo « Esencia de agave », qui permet de concentrer des notes pures d’agave issues de la piña ou du cœur des agaves bleus, offrant ainsi une intensité aromatique incomparable.
C’est avec une remarquable finesse que se dévoile la bouche, avec des saveurs de fruits secs (vieille noix, rancio) et de bois précieux. La richesse et l’ampleur n’en finissent pas de nous dévoiler des notes de muscade, de cannelle, en évoluant vers des notes plus exotiques et florales à la fois.
Le maître de chai a créé la vodka aromatisée Grey Goose La Poire à partir de poires d'Anjou. Cultivée dans la vallée de la Loire, en France, la poire d'Anjou est renommée pour sa chair lisse et fondante, délicatement sucrée. Ce fruit sert à produire une vodka aromatisée rehaussée de l'arôme de poires fraîches, au goût léger et moelleux.

Luxardo Sambuca est une liqueur italienne très populaire. Produit à partir d'une macération d'anis et de baies de sureau, il se déguste traditionnellement "con la mosca" avec 3 grains de café.
Cette nouvelle création Grey Goose provient d’une collaboration inédite entre deux passionnés de la gastronomie française : le chef triplement étoilé Alain Ducasse et François Thibault, Maître de Chai Grey Goose. Tous deux ont eu la volonté de créer de nouvelles expériences de goût.Alain Ducasse et François Thibault ayant tous deux une expérience de torréfacteur, l’un dans le café, l’autre dans le cognac, ils ont décidé de mettre à profit leurs savoir-faire. Le résultat est une vodka produite à partir d’un assemblage de trois lots de blé tendre, chacun torréfié séparément et d’une intensité différente.
Rémy Martin XO traduit la parfaite maitrise de l’art des assemblages par notre Maître de chai. Une sélection de jusqu’à 400 eaux-de-vie qui permet d’exprimer toute la complexité aromatique d’XO. Au nez on remarque une large palette aromatique dévoilant des arômes de prunes juteuses et oranges confites rehaussés par des notes de fleurs blanches, tel que le jasmin. Au palais, on note des saveurs de fruits confits sur fond de noisette et cannelle témoins de l’extrême opulence des eaux-de-vie Fine Champagne. Le final est velouté, riche et persistant.
La Don Julio Primavera est élevé dans des fûts très spéciaux qui sont utilisés pour sa maturation. Ils proviennent d'Europe et étaient auparavant utilisés pour stocker du vin avec des écorces d'orange marinées. C'est ce qui lui donne son goût particulier, car les notes d'agrumes se révèlent très douces au palais. Le Don Julio Primavera convainc également par son raffinement. C’est un véritable produit de luxe qui se distingue de la masse non seulement par son aspect, mais aussi et surtout par son goût.

L'Amaro Ramazzotti a été créé en 1815 par Ausano Ramazzotti. On utilise 33 ingrédients secrets pour la fabrication de l'Amaro Ramazzotti. On y retrouve surtout de la rhubarbe, de la cannelle et une amertume subtile.

Pour élaborer Belvedere Black Raspberry, Belvedere utilise les meilleures baies de framboisiers de la région de Podlasie, dans le nord-est de la Pologne. Parvenues à maturité, ces framboises noires sont alors mélangées à des baies de cassis d’origine française et de l’eau de rose. Ce mélange unique et totalement naturel macère ensuite pendant un mois dans la vodka Belvedere pour obtenir le produit final. La macération de Belvedere Black Raspberry est effectuée sans additifs, ni sucre, ni glycérine, ni autres adjuvants, ce qui garantit lors de la dégustation tout le caractère des fruits.
Située à La Barbade, la distillerie Mount Gay a été fondée en 1703. Filtrée par les coraux, son eau de source est d’une pureté exceptionnelle. Les distillations s’effectuent dans des petits alambics pot still et le vieillissement en fûts ayant contenu du bourbon. La version 1703, qui célèbre l'année de fondation de la distillerie, fait preuve d’une rare complexité comme le soulignent les notes florales (lilas, pivoine) et laiteuses (crème, beurre) du verre vide.
Le cognac Tesseron XO Passion est issu d'un assemblage d'une trentaine d'eaux-de-vie provenant du même cépage, l'Ugni Blanc. Le vieillissement se fait pendant 10 ans en fûts de chêne..
Titrant à 75,5% d'alcool, Bacardi 151 est un "Overproof Rum" développé pour une utilisation dans certains cocktails tels que le « Caribou Lou » ou le « Hurricane » et également des punchs à base de fruits. Un rhum pour les amateurs de sensations fortes.
El Dorado 15 ans est un rhum traditionnel de la distillerie guyanaise Demerara Distillers qui puise sa puissance aromatique de sa méthode de distillation. Il s’agit en effet d’un assemblage de plusieurs rhums distillés dans des alambics coffey stills et dans l’alambic en bois Port Mourant. Les fûts utilisés pour le vieillissement sont des fûts ayant contenu précédemment du bourbon.
